Lot Manager

Lloydminster Hyundai is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Lot Manager to join our team! This key role is responsible for maintaining the organization and presentation of our inventory while ensuring vehicles are prepared for sale quickly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working with technology and photography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing vehicle lot to optimize display and accessibility.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned and showroom-ready in a timely manner.
- Capture high-quality vehicle photos for online listings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
- Manage online inventory listings, ensuring accurate details, trim levels, and marketing descriptions to attract buyers.
- Monitor the inventory lifecycle from acquisition to sale, ensuring prompt listing and minimal downtime.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to streamline vehicle readiness.
- Oversee the reconditioning process for pre-owned vehicles to ensure they are retail-ready efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with basic photography and photo editing tools (automotive photography experience is an asset).
- Familiarity with online inventory platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in automotive dealership operations is a plus.
