I had a great experience with Crystal Garner at Lloydminster Hyundai. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated how the Hyundai service team kept me informed by sending pictures and a video of the vehicle inspection, including the parts that needed attention and what they checked. It made it very easy to understand everything right from my phone.

It was great customer service. They showed me lots of vehicles. It was easy to get a long with Maria who sold me Hyundai Night edition SUV. I liked the terms I recieved for financing. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
I had zero inclination of buying a vehicle from here due to a previous horrible experience about 5 years back. My hubby convinced me just to look. As I got out of the car the salesman coming towards us I rolled my eyes and said here we go. Told him abruptly just looking if I need ur help I will find you. The Tuscan was what I was looking at so in the building I go and find the sales guy who approached me initially. Tim, I just have to say was knowledgeable about the Tuscan, made me feel really comfortable and had no pressure tactics. Answered all my questions and offered some great incentives and got me in this Tuscan that I am loving. The service from start to finish was amazing. So thank you Tim DenOtter for changing my mind about Hyundai. 10/10 would recommend.
