Would like to thank Mark for helping me get into a brand new whip, very appreciated. Traded in my 2022 Chrysler 300S for a jazzy spanking new 2026 Hyundai Tucson. Went to a few different dealerships over the past week, and not one of them left me with a good feeling except Hyundai. After almost 2 hours of forms at one, rude salesmen at another, Sam was such a breath of fresh air. It never once felt like he was selling me a car; he was informative, professional, and very friendly. Didn't once push us, or try to upgrade us into something we didn't want. Ray (I am so sorry I was overwhelmed and missed your name) the Sr salesman was wonderful, so charismatic and helpful. Racquel was a gem and made the financing such a breeze. I have not one bad thing to say about the entire process with Hyundai.
And I know Janessa will treat my new baby like her own and get it shined up beautifully for me.

What an awesome dealership this is. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. It all started with Mark booking me in for a test drive on a 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz. When we arrived everyone was friendly and helpful and directed us straight to Mark where we sat and talked and he got us coffee ( very great coffee by the way) before we test drove the vehicle. Mark was fantastic, very polite and thorough and answered every question we had. Also a huge thank you to Ray for making my dream vehicle become a reality. Thanks again to Mark and Ray and the whole Lloydminster Hyundai team for the great treatment and the great experience we had!!!
I got traumatized from all dealership since 2017. I got my first car from Hyundai and all the reviews were bad. Even on how they treated us, all dealerships, felt like it's all business, you know buy from us after that cold treatment. BUT WITH HYUNDAI, NEW STAFF NEW FACES, All the adjustments they did, no rush just patience getting a vehicle, EVEN THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS SO NICE AND ALWAYS SMILING! They really did a good job getting back people's trust. Thanks to Josh and Sam. I hope it keeps up! The welcoming environment helps people to decide better, not feeling forced or no people pleasing, just humans treating each other how were supposed to treat others. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! Just like life, we can all change, just because past reviews were bad, doesn't mean it's always gonna be like that. We are all capable of change.
